Pastor’s Notepad: Feb.26, 2012

I would like to extend a warm welcome for anyone that is traveling through the Longmont area or is interested in the ministry here to be our guests in the services this Sunday. We appreciate all of our guests and want to be a blessing to you. This Sunday morning I will be preaching from Ps. 67 on the theme of our 2012 Faith Promise Mission Conference, Let the Nations Be Glad. God wants us to have that same desire and expectation that David had for all people and nations to glory in the God Who saves His people. What a blessing it is to know that our missionary efforts will succeed in spreading the joy of the Lord around the globe. Sunday night we will be in 2 Cor. 8:1-15 on What Matters Most in Our Mission Work. Please be in prayer for the Conference that begins Wednesday and runs through Sunday. Also, I would ask our members to come each night prayed up and expecting God to move through the music, testimonies, visuals, and preaching. Finally, let’s do our very best to be a source of blessing and refreshing to our missionary guests this week.
